What is the average ncb dump off point mpr wise?

That is dependent on what you do and how well you run it. I would say from what I have seen a moderately well run NCB will net you about 5 Mil MPR.

You mean like how big could you grow a character? Really depends on how well you run it, too many factors to consider. Buying BA? Starting 1600? Will you be missing BA? Going for 100% Challenge Bonuses? Have a strat in mind? Etc Etc.

If you want my opinion:
Bad Run: Mid/High 2m Low 3m
Ok Run: High 3-4m
Good run: High 4-5+m

So I should do one check x-men

X-men isn't a bad character for its MPR, but you could easily pass it with an NCB no prob. I'm already at 3.1 and my run ends next week and I wasn't trying at all, didn't prioritize targets, missed lots of BA, and never purchased BA once.

This was the laziest possible run ever.. oh and I ran almost the whole thing naked.

Well I can honestly say if all you are gonna do it shoot for MPR it might be better to just scope out sales and check in on stagnant char owners and try to work out a deal. NCBs run on the High End are expensive!
