That's right, the simple game we all know and love you can now actually benefit from! It is very simple send 2k to my character Tribute for each letter you guess, if you feel you are comfortable to guess the word send 5k to Tribute and make your guess. If all the of the man is hung the pot if used for another round. Here is the first word...

Whoops sorry guys, Safari has been doing weird things to me all day and I think it doubled my text and the amount of spaces I had. So We'll start over here are the rules again.

is that 32 letters long?
and its actually this....
"Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
(34 letters; easily the most obscure word on this page, it means "atoning for extreme and delicate beauty while highly educable") "
This is a new word please move on.
Shameful bump for players.

I think reciving 10% of the pot, would be considered 'making profit' and is not allowed..
It take BA time to post this I'd like to be reimbursed a little
BrandonLP
July 1 2005 9:27 PM EDT
So you're telling us that you can't use some BA and then post, so as to not miss any BA?
I don't have that time. correct.

July 1 2005 9:37 PM EDT
I believe every contest giver would like to be reimbersed a little, which is why the admins are very clear on the fact that you can't.
BrandonLP
July 1 2005 9:44 PM EDT
Wow. You don't have that time. I find that extremely hard to believe, considering I just worked a 78-hour week and I had the time to read such ridiculous claims. Perhaps you need to step back and think a little bit about this "time" concept.
I got an hour and half a day to play cb I can't spend that time making fun posts
BrandonLP
July 1 2005 9:49 PM EDT
Then don't. But don't do it and make players feel as if they should pay for you to run a contest
That is how the lotto works, why is it any difference?
BrandonLP
July 1 2005 9:56 PM EDT
Maybe because the lotto gives a lot of money back to the state?
And yet they mange to make a living
Undertow
July 1 2005 9:59 PM EDT
Because here in cb world, we use cb rules.
BrandonLP
July 1 2005 10:04 PM EDT
Yeah. They're HIRED to WORK for the state FULL-TIME.
BrandonLP
July 1 2005 10:09 PM EDT
Essentially what I'm trying to say is that no one should have to pay you for you doing something you choose to do that never said it would pay in the first place.

Keeping 10% of the profit is against the rules of a contest, I was asked to investigate in this post.
First word you gave away a $21.000 prize but the pot was $27.000
There was no notice of people not getting the entire pot + you stated that they would get the entire pot. In other words you need to send barry an additional $6.000 to complete your duty to give the entire pot.
Failing to do so will allow an admin to fine you for giving out wrong information and deliberately keeping money for yourself.
and as for your second set of rules:
"And since I spend a lot of time researching and maintaining this post I receive 10% of the total pot and I will be adding about that much to it. Here is the first word..."
You aren't allowed to keep anything from the pot. If you do keep money then an admin is allowed to fine you hefty for 'making profit from a contest'.
So please change your rules and give that prize money otherwise you could have some problems.

Awesome i am rich now right? i have like 20k now i win! i didn't realize the stupid runner of the contest couldn't keep a part of the pot for himself so yeah uh thanks shade i geuss even though your probably just doin your job uh yup ok bye
Sorry to beat an old horse to death. Didn't SaintMicheal quit after being accused of scamming? Was that ever resolved or did he just try to wait until everyone forgot? Seems like everything he starts gets a little shady ( and by that I do mean gets shade involved ;), and in the end he just makes excuses and gets into a little pout. BTW I would not recommend dealing with him in the future.
