I was testing out different tattoos today and while I was inking I got back a tattoo I had loaned to a mentee .. it was a named RoE. Well I didn't realize I had gotten it back and I inked it ... now I don't even have the option to ink it back to a RoE ...
Firstly are you supposed to be able to ink RoEs?? and secondly .. I WANT MY RoE BACK!! :)
Anyone shed some light on this for me?

Yes, you can ink ROE's. It was stated when they first came out.
The artist cannot change a spawnable tattoo into a Supporter item.
