The Game (in Contests)

I am sure most of you are Halo fans, and think as I do that it is one of the best games so far in the X-box world. So I'm giving you all the quest to make up a better video game title and plot. It can be any genre, silly or serious. The player with the best video game that might possibly become better than halo will receive 10K and a Lesser Fire Familiar Level 12,043! After the prize is given out there will be a vote on which video game, Halo or the winning player's game, is the best. Good Luck!

M'kay, so it's like Halo almost exactly, with the exception that you are using Fireball, Cone of Cold, or Magic Missile as your weapon. You have a regenerating Mana pool, and you can find various bonus armors around the map such as TSA, EH, NSC, AG, etc and so forth.

Voila.

Pokemon.

Umm, i thought Halo sucked, all except the first one... Online play is just stupid, little 5 year olds cussing up a storm gets annoying fast.

CoD4 is muuuuch better with the people that play at least. Plus, i think the actual gameplay is much more fun.

GTA 4 just rips apart Halo more than "All your base are belong to us." gives gamers something to talk about.

its actually one of my friends assignments for a game design course.

you are a gay green beret who has to save the world from the zombie horde. the game is set in major art locations. apart from killing all the zombies you must also solve the quests, which involve you finding the answer to art questions throughout the level.

how does a puzzle bobble programmed completely in java sound? I can't give out the game yet (its an assignment, I am not sure I even want to give it away since it raises a question of whether I distrubuted it, or copied it)

Also, let's see 2D sidescroller games brought back! =( They have always been my favorites!

Better game: Grand Theft Carmageddon: Syndicate

Plot: Just like previous Carmageddon games, except that you can get out of your car (Thanks Grand Theft Auto!) and use your Persuadatron (Thanks Syndicate) to gain followers and cause 3D structural damage to buildings. I think it also might be fun if some of the environments in the game included a political convention and a lawyer convention. :)
