I've recently bought a few quite nice Wii games and I just want to let other people know that they are great fun to play :)
- Super Mario Smash Bros (perhaps obvious but it's great fun in multiplay)
- Rayman's Raving Rabbids TV Party (a bit of a 2.5 version but still, loads of fun
- De Blob (Game from Dutch creators about a coloured blob which paints his environment while puzzling around!)

Still say Wario-Ware is the best Wii game I have ever played...

Don't Forget Zelda: Twilight Princess that's a great game.
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is an incredibly beautiful game. Brawl is super fun.
However, I still think the PS2 is far more enjoyable than the Wii. So far, anyway.
it's kinda sad that even though Brawl is pretty fun, I find myself playing melee much more

Wii sports is great, even though it's so guided. The golf is really fun.
I liked Mario Kart on the wii after getting used to the controls (minus that god awful blue shell), but think RC Pro AM or F-Zero would rock on it if they made it
They need to get some contra and megaman going on that system.

Mario Party 8 is great fun with a bunch of friends.
I want to get a Wii to get The Conduit when it comes out! Pushing the Wii graphic wise.
007 is awesome the new one specially with the wii guns and that its like real arcade.

Someone here mentioned Boom Blocks (sp?) here a while ago and I bought it and like it a lot. It's great fun either 1 player trying to figure out how to knock down the set ups in the shortest moves or...
against other players, vying for that one BIG SCORE! WHOOOO!
And I like the Mario Kart quite a bit myself.
(and the hula hooping on the Wii fit is a riot and quite a workout if you do it fast enough!)
Shade, I believe was the one that suggested Boom Blox. I plan on getting that soon. I love super smash bros., but cannot beat the end boss. Oh well...hehe.
And I have every intention of getting Mario Kart for the Wii. I loved that game on the N64.
Ignore this double post. Just wanted to share the link to the old thread...

Indeed, I suggested Boom Blox. It's a truly amazingly wonderful game with physics even!
The only downside of the game is that it never was really advertised in the right way, but because of that I could buy it quite cheap :)

If you have friends over often that are dorky rpg nerds, Dokapon Kingdom is hours and hours of hilarious fun.

I used to be addicted to Super Mario Smash Bros for the N64, back in the day. I've played it a fair few times on the Gamecube, but only once yet on a Wii! Must... play... Super Smash... :P
I loved the level editor on it, by the way.

Dude what the heck why are all fans of RPG's "Dorky" I love them but I'm not. I like them because they are usually more "Challenging" than your average Shooter because they actually require you to use your brain. How would you like to be called dorky for liking your favorite Genre of games.

Come on man, don't take it personal, dork.
He was merely implying that IF you have dorky friends who like RPG's, being the people who are dorky not the games, that you could invite them for such a game. Nothing personal meant so don't take it personal, please.
