Rare items and tournies (in General)

Should the spawn rate of rares be tweaked to compensate for those items lost in tournies?

Are they lost in the tourneys? I thought they were now possible to be brought back into the normal game... ?!

"You may auction any non-rare item as a tournament character, in addition, you may auction rares, as long as they are fully disenchanted."

I'd like to be able to auction them, then buy them with another one of my characters if that's possible.

that is still against the rules gogetta because then you would be adding money into your character from another of your characters

I wouldn't think as long as his other character paid a fair market value for it. But really you are better off just buying it from a different person.

It seems to me that a bunch of BIN rares are going to start showing up and getting bought really quickly after tournaments

T characters cannot set a BIN type of auction.

I don't believe a tourney character can set a BIN price.

Like I said I wish, It's not like I'm actually gonna do it.

Well I guess I didn't say I wish but still I wasn't gonna do it the first place.

From the wiki:

"You may not buy items via auctions from any player participating in the tournament, including yourself. "

They why have the ability to start an auction as a T character?

i think the gist of this is that tournament players may not buy items via auctions from any player participating in the tournament nor should you buy items from your tournament character with your normal character.

clarification is definitely needed on that rule though!
