Australian.

If I tried to get into ethnicities, I'd make your face explode. It involves Australia, Ireland, Australia, Ireland, Australia, England, Ireland, England, France, Australia and some other parts of Europe. I can't give too many details as I only know 1/4's of the tree "properly".

Colonel Custard [The Knighthood] April 22 2009 11:46 AM EDT

Tal... are you Rambo?!

My father's father is 100% Slovakian, though his parents emigrated to the U.S. before he was born. So, I guess that makes me 1/4 Slovakian. However, my friend's dad who is insane and knows a ton of stuff about stuff says that I have the "Mongolian Toe," and that my last name implies that my Slovakian ancestors were actually descendant from the Hunnic population that pillaged through and settled in Hungary way back when they were attacking Rome. So that's what I mean when I say I'm 1/4 Mongolian: Attila was my grandfather. But no one believes me when I say I'm asian.

Oh, and my grandma is like 1/8 Scottish or something, which makes me 1/32.
And then I dunno what else. I probably have some pretty stupid little tidbits of heritage in there, but I know that I have absolutely no Irish in my blood, and people get mad if my family wears green on St. Patrick's Day.

100% Dutch (North Brabant), I'm afraid. I do have some family in Belgium (South Brabant), but they all originated in the Netherlands.

I haven't actually seen any evidence of this story, but according to my grandfather, my last name goes back into the 1500's. It dates back to a group of raiders/bandits, who terrorized the southern parts of the Netherlands and the northern parts of Belgium at the time. Later on, most of the people with my name were farmers.

So yeah I'm proud to say I'm a ninja pirate farmer! Erm... :P
