OMG, I just figured it out! The BoE being bugged is giving a huge bonus to arguments, and that's why people won't shut the hell up on forums lately!

Lacking breasts, I have no need of a BoE.
BOE=Breast Plate of Expertise.....There is a glossary in the help menu and it has most or all abbreviations that we use in it.
