Didn't I say it's not polite to fight more than one battle at a time? You'll have to wait about 10 minutes now for fight to be reenabled.
(Multiple suspensions will result in longer penalties.)
Only got in 6 battles before I got that :(

I had this issue as well, I would click fight and first would pop up "resource allocation" or other threat. I'd click home then fight again, same thing. Second time this has happened.

More specific:
First time I click fight:
Server Error
The requested URL cannot be accessed due to a system error on this server.
Second time I click fight:
To allow everyone fair access to the limited cpu resources, each user may only be in one fight at a time.
I'm able to get to home, auctions everywhere else, just not fight. Oh and I have tried refreshing but that has not worked either.

I got it too. I got two warnings, then everything was fine. Then suddenly and out of nowhere, BAM! A penalty.

Same issue, server error then resources. I think I got one fight in there when I closed out FF and switched to IE...

Back when evasion was uber, there were plenty of these type problems while the server calculated evasion with all its bonuses.
Those with high evasions "crashed" the game.
Fighting one took almost a minute each and if you did anything else, you would get a fight suspension.
Perhaps this is the same problem.
