DD is meant to be much less boostable than str. Want big DD? Use a familiar.

Why not have something for the Mages as a stand alone? Archers/Tanks have stuff for a stand alone strat mages should too. I would say the boosting of the ToC would be 1/2 of the ToA stats(shifted to DD boosting and HP) because DD's upgrade so quickly it would become OPed in no time if it was equal. With this lower setting it would scale at about the same rate as a ToA and Archer/Tank.

As someone who will use DM instead of AMF, I would love having 1 less minion to plow through.

I feel if we want to give mages a tattoo, give them something that will give them some special abilities, increasing versatility. Instead of just boosting DD (which is possibly too powerful) give them something like GA resistance.

It wouldn't scale at the same rate as a ToA and a Archer/Tank Zenai. The reason it wouldn't is due to the fact that the rate at which a DD scales is based upon XP. The rate at which an Archer/Tank's weapon scales is based upon how much CBD or USD they pump into it.

Nothing will change that.
