Why doesn't... (in General)

Haste affect evasion's effect? Perhaps Jon was taking extra precautions way back when to nerf evasion to a controllable place.

Evasion isn't OP right now. Haste cries itself to sleep. Why not?

It feels like this change wouldn't change anything anyway.

The Haste effect is post evasion :)

/me thinks Haste does worse than cry itself to sleep. GS is almost as bad, but is currently receiving counseling.

I do like where this is going.

Let haste boost the evasion minions dexterity and use that dexterity to see how much of a penalty he gets from dexless evasion.

However, than you also have to do the same with EC, lower it.

But I do like it.

The axbow would not be calculated as it is after the combat started.
