When posting, copy/paste the person's name who last posted in the thread. Then say something 'positive' about them. This can be in the form of a funny story, something they've said or done that you agree with, a summary of who they are from your perspective, or really anything that isn't negative or derogatory.

Example.

While some may not agree with his methods, I happen to think CB would be a very different game if he never came along, and think he is right more often then not. Love him or hate him, agree of disagree, we all know we've stared at his 'button picture' more than once.
