You can't get a refund, but at least you can get someone to take your trash out for you.

When you return an item early, it won't go back instantly. It will, however, go back within a few minutes.

I thought it was for just loans. Apparently, some people have done it with rentals. I'm not sure how.

I think I just did it with a rental.... so there you go. You have it on both.

It works if you rented an item.

It does not work for items you have in rentals that are not yet rented.

It is little additions like this, and the cancel CM, and reset MPB that make it much easier to play CB and make the whole game much more enjoyable.

I think for rentals there should be a small change. I had 2 rental items that had 2 weeks left in rentals and when they were returned, they went straight back to my character so I basically lost 2 weeks of renting those items out. Can you change this so rented items go back to the rental master?

How about including our rented out items in the Manage screen?

I agree with SK because you paid a rental fee to get a small income.

SK - if I'm not wrong, you can select for rental items to rent out multiple times from the Rental store screen itself. There's no change needed.

Yep, Return Item to me after X rentals of X days.

Just change it from being one rental. Easy pie.

OB, I had 4 weeks on that in the beginning and I still had 2 weeks left when it was returned to me. It wasn't returned to me because I didn't put enough time on the item, it was because the person that rented it sent it back.

Ouch, sounds like a bug. Actually, it sounds like the exact situation that I was trying to avoid by not including rentals in the "return early" feature at all.

Unfortunately, I won't be home for a bit to fix this, and I don't have my ssh keys to log in, but I promise you that I will fix this before doing anything else with the site.

Would it be bad to ask those with rentals just not to send them back until this issue gets fixed?

Im having a problem sending 2 items that were loaned to me for a month... i sent all my items i got out of rentals back just fine though.

Hmm... I might just have to disable rental returns... :(
