Likely never.
The JKF does the melee part of the tattoo game.
To junction BL to a jig wouldn't that be nice?
UC damage is pathetic..
Especially higher up..

I don't remember NS confirming the "fix" but some people ran some numbers and do say junct. works with the JFK.
You cant use a BoM with a jiggy ;0.

Of course you can use a BoM with a Jiggy. Or any other shield you want.
A lot of people like the SoC due to its retaliation effect.
It has a negative 5 effect to uc.. Also The SoC does nothing against mages..

But still, you can use the BoM if you want.
It is a choice one has to make.
where is the penalty to a hal like this?

There is non cause ranged doesn't get a penalty but they can equip a shield and take its special properties.
/me thinks there would be more bloodlusting tanks if there was a specific bloodlust tank tattoo..

One can easily use a ToA and bloodlust.
i meant in a way, like the hal is to archery..

"One can easily use a ToA and bloodlust."
one could also use a ToA and archery... the point is working with the JFK, not dumping it for the ToA.

When you use 1.00 Junction, this penalty does not transfer while the bonus of the retaliation does.
