How to unlock a Tier:

PM or CM Shade, Slayer or a willing admin to have them remove the amount of money from your Tournament Character. Clearly specify which Tier you want to have unlocked.

Yes this is being updated. Don't know why you dropped off of it, but you're back up on it.
Also I have removed all the level 0 Tiers, they were not useful as you now begin to see a lot of crosses appear.

Hatch bought Tier 1 skills, and I(gnus) bought Tier 1 melee weapons. Just in case Slayer decides to keep something secret for a change. :P

I did buy tier(paid via Slayer333) 1 weapon too, just waiting for some official response on board to get and use another weapon.

The best thing you can do to ensure you can use your Tier in case another admin aids you in paying, is make a post here that you have been aided (or ask the admin to do so)

If you can not defeat this, please do not attempt the Hydra at this time.

If you need help determining if you can defeat the Hydra, you can PM or CM me.

If you deal, on average, 5k damage per hit (and no damage in ranged) then it should take about 7 melee rounds to kill the Hydra. So you should have the strength to deal 5k a hit, the dex to double hit each time, and the HP to survive 12 total rounds which comes out to ~45k HP however, to be safe 50k would be preferred.

To break that down w/ 5k avg damage:
Enough STR for the dmg
Enough Dex for double hit (should be at most 5k, also a base EC could help here)
45k+ HP

You may have to retrain to achieve this. If you are thinking it might be easier with GA, then you are mistaken (sort of). If you want that 500k+_tier for GA, then you are really better off just improving your weapon's x.

I'd like to applaud Manson/Molotov for Freekius. I don't know how he did it, but he almost doubled me. I guess I should have searched harder for that challenge bonus.

Thanks Demi, Ive put a lot of time into this tourney... 10K+ battles, i hit 9BA/20min today, ran with a 60-100% challenge bonus through most of the tourney, and retrained quite a few times when i needed to increase that bonus. I dont know how much the 1-2 (at max) days with GA/AS really helped me but im thinking if i never went down that path and retrained as much as i did i could have been even farther. Reguardless, as i said to Shade before ive learned more about strategies, skills, spells, and equips than i could have imagined, and i hope i get to use that new found knowledge for a NCB sometime soon. Once again thank you for the great tourney, and death to that freekin' Hydra!

I stayed with a negative bonus for most of the tourney. And as of right now, I have zero positive bonus opponents in my fightlist. I wasn't playing to win as much as just playing for fun, though. And it was fun.
