Hello friends (in New players)

Hi friends

I've been playing this game for a bit and it's quite addictive. Something nice to do at work :)

Is there any reason why chat isn't working at the moment?
Oh, and another small question. If I find an opponent that is several ranks above me but I can beat him and I continuously challenge him and win (coz I can enjoy the challenge bonus) then whats to stop me from efficiently farming this way?

Some ideas:
- Have you finished tutorial? (I think you have but better to be sure)
- Do you have Java installed at your work?



The thing which will stop you from farming him is your own growth. When your PR (Power Rating, check wiki for details) outgrows your target's Score, your rewards will go down.

1. You may not have chat because you don't have Java installed.
2. You may not have chat because of a training screen error (if so, you'll have a bar atop your screen asking you to hire a useless minion)
3. Farm the hell out of him. Your score will increase and the bonus will decrease eventually, but enjoy it while it lasts.

Chat requires Java and some open ports, if you're playing from work it's very likely the ports are blocked at the firewall.

If your strategy is good enough to overpower opponents that are much larger than yourself, then you are doing something right. Take advantage of it. :)

I'm currently at home and the chat still doesnt work. I didn't finish the tutorial and now I don't have enough cash to finish it because I can't recruit a minion at my rank :(

Should've recruited one before. Is this why I can't logon to chat? Doh!

That's why. An admin can hopefully help.

Cousland: will you allow me to fix your tutorial? I will reimburse you with all the money or BA you'd be needing for it.

All it takes is a 'yes' from you and you having to log out for about 15 minutes.
