In other words can't wear any of these items while equipped. Reduces all spell levels both EDs, DDs and EOs by 1% per + and boosts own spells by 1% per +
Extremely steep upgrade curve eg first plus starts at 2 mil then goes up form there. A +10 would cost like 768mil
First item of its kind as it would reduce not only DDs and EDs but for the first time also EOs

i don't know bout that take a team that has like a dd spell and 3 or 4 other spells like as, amf, ga and u have a +5 thats 5% off each one which as u get higher up can add up to a fair reduction.

Interesting thought, but I would make some changes:
1) reduce the base ac to about 5, pluses add no AC
2) just have it take up headgear spot
3) keep the high upgrade curve
4) make it like DM, it reduces the other team and your team by the + amount
5) doesn't reduce DDs, only EOs and EDs
6) high pr weight
7) effects can stack, so you could have 4 gloves on your character

Just have it work in the reverse of the AoF.
A Helm of Diffusion [3] Each + reduces all enchantments cast upon the minion by 1%. Have it on the same upgrade curve as the HoE.

What if, instead of a helm or amulet, we make it a rune?
Like this:
1) Reduces enemy EO by 1/3 rune level.
2) Increases wearers EO by 2/3 rune level.
3) Protect wearer against enemy GA by 1/2 rune level.
We already have it's equivalent for ED, via the RoS, why not one that aids EO and defends against it
Call it, maybe, Rune of Thorns?
Rings....add 4 or 5 and a cpl more to come in the coming months

A couple things I just thought of.
A Pair of Ogre Boots [12] Dex penalty of 10% and magic penalty of 6%. Each + increases str by 1%. Similar upgrades to BoF
A Cape of Mirrorsight [2] upgrades just add AC. When equipped this item reverses all targeting of the minion. So MM will hit from front to back, SG back to front, weapons will strike from back to front as well. You could even have this affect targeting weapons. So the exbow targets the lowest str minion and targets the highest last. The mageseeker would target the lowest level DD and the highest last.

Amulet of regeneration (0), same upgrade as a AoF.
Each + regenerates 1% of Strength/Dexterity per round starting the next round. IE, 1 round later than the TSA normally does.
So if you get hit in round 2 of missile, you start to get back you strength/dex in round 3 of missile. Regeneration of stats occurs at the end of the round like the TSA.
Basically to counter the effects of the exbow/axbow.
But in order to use this amulet a tank has to forfeit using an AoM with its increased strength and damage ability.

Quite frankly, I don't care what a new item does, so long as I can use it. It's been a year since the last new item.
A whole year.
I need a use for CB money. With the PR:NW link, I'm punished for actually advancing my gear. The only thing I can put it into is weapon X, and that's getting old. Perhaps the next item could be something that's not subject to the PR:NW linkage? It would be nice to have another money pit.
