T82: Cheap Headhunters (in Contests)

Starts December 14 at 12 noon Server time.

Bonus will be 10,000%

This tourney will have no rares, at least no rares regularly used.

The object is to beat all of the targets with the least about of ba used. This will be calculated through battles challenged after you have posted winning battles of all the specified targets. You must have beaten each target with a clear single tap. This means at least 2 minutes between each fight when using one for posting.

In the case of a tie the first person to have completed is ranked higher.

There are no other rules. This tourney will last for 3 days after the first place winner.

Hmm, participation prize sounds nice enough so that most active people should have an incentive to bother, if they can remember to...
... I mean, 3 days at x100 growth rate (with uber-plenty of CB$ earned too) should be enough to beat at least 1 target even starting from scratch after the lead already just won, plus however much time before for the lead to actually win, plenty of time for a participation prize the very least.

Is the 500k "completion" prize selectable multiple times ?
As in, you can select it only once and if more than 12 people reach completion, the 13th and later can only get a participation prize ? Or can as many people as they want placed 4th or worse select the 500k prize each and get it instead of any of the items ?

you may want to specify which weapons can and can't be used. what ia a non regularly used rare?

there have been quite a few tournament improvements. the tourney admins can now limit what is in the store for tournament characters.

lets just say that every item that currently is used by most of the active champions = a rare.

Yes the 500k is selectable multiple times.

By rares not regularly used I mean ones that people are willing to straight up sell to the store like a katana.

I've seen sold MCMs and MCs and I've sold a MCM to the store myself. There's several of them in there right now. Does that mean they'll also be available for the tournament ? :P

also; a glitch i got is that it keeps on saying the requested url or so cant be found and the BA goes from tourney to normal BA the whole time.

Do you mean it will last until 3 days after the first person beats the targets? I thought the goal was to beat them with the least BA used, not to beat them first.

It will, time only matters for ties.

Yes, you have until 3 days after the first person who finishes beating all the targets. The winner will be decided after the 3 days and be based on the least amount of battles challenged.

One cannot rent tattoos. At one time in the long past one could, however, people were super leveling tattoos that way.

I still believe the RoE should be allowed in rentals. It does not grow and being able to rent one may certainly help new players get some start rather than using a lesser tat.

I'll be waiting for my 9/20 at cache flush to burn more BA. I wish I had realized that earlier. :)

AAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!! IT WAS SO SIMPLE!!!! My problem was with his GA that was too hard to dispel, so I should have used a RoBF to counter it.... That's all I needed! But, I didn't know that lesser tattoos could be reinked, until the thought occured to me, AFTER I had already demoralized myself through untraining and retraining 30 times and still failing... I had been awake all night and half the day, so I was tired and depressed and I was too scared to make any other mistakes... Oh, well, now I know something I didn't before! This Cram Session is OVER!! :D))
