Instead of people above 4.9 mil MPR getting in 6/20, it's now only people of almost 5.9 mil MPR getting into 6/20.

Obviously, it will only get worse as the tourney continues.
If any of them make it a bit over 13.6 mil MPR, there will be nobody left in 6/20 anymore (except some tourney chars).

So I'm guessing that the bug here is that tourney characters affect the BA rates of non-tourney characters. If that is the case, it shouldn't be terribly hard to fix.

They would get more BA but the 7/10 range doesn't give immunity to negative challenege bonus like the 6/10 does.

Yup. I was 8/20 since ~1.2mil and now I'm 9/20 again at 1.45mil.

Additionally I have a NCB with a refresh rate of 9. I'm only getting 7 right now, as my tourney char is on 7. Tourney has broken my NCB!!!!

Hasn't it improved your NCB? You now hit more BA, and your BA gives more EXP per use. The only way it could have broken your NCB is if you have been buying BA, and it is now too pricey.

No, it's probably the same situation as having a large character when you start your NCB. You need to retire the larger char otherwise it mucks up your NCB BA. I'm not getting the 7 refresh XP amounts, just getting 7 of my 9 refresh...

Is forging efficiency effected by BA regeneration rate?

Does a BA from 10 regeneration give the same benefits to forging as a BA from a 6 regeneration character?

I think forging is influenced on how much BA costs. So it is mainly determined by MPR. If the BA price stays the same as you go down in level then you will have more BA to forge with so you could see a bonus to forging.

It's just like fighting. Whenever you move up a BA rate, it increases accordingly.

You are right under the requirements for 6/20 now.. the edge just went up tonight. Lord Bob is still in 6/20 at 4,919,853 MPR... looks like he's going to have to burn some more to keep it there ;)

Um, have challenge bonuses gone for tourney chars? Or is it just me?

Most T-scores are now under where anyone can get a bonus, unless you can fight someone with a higher score. I cant test it cause my PR is like 17m

My score is still under 10 mill. I was getting challenge bonuses before the 'fix'. I'm not even seeing negative challenge bonus. There is just...nothing.

No one you are fighting right now has a T-score that is over 9m. Plus your in 6/20 so you wouldn't see a negative bonus anyway.

Ah, only just went into 6 ba. Was 7 when I started clicking this morning!

Your score doesn't matter, only the score of your opponents and your own PR.
Your PR is 9,920,986. You are not fighting anybody with a a T85 score above that. So, no bonus.
And you're not getting any penalties because you got dumped back in 6/20 :)
