Just writing up some of the bugs that I am aware of that havenﾒt been investigated/fix.
AP: The skill has been broken for several months now. When I first discovered it over the summer, the negation to armor penalties would work properly for minions that had it train before it broke, even after they untrained it. Not sure if that still occurs, but training it at the moment on new minions has no effects to armor penalties. As for negating the effects of SG, no one tested to see if it is currently working for that.

Chakram: The Chakram's base to hit was randomly changed with no notification if this was intentional. Originally, it was set at 90 but now currently shows up as 75 in battle screens.
Also, the Chakram's rarity needs to be changed back to its original state as there are plenty in existence at the moment.
Blackmarket: The blackmarket has served its function of spawning enough Chakrams and needs to be reinstated to its original parameters. Now it is just acting like a mindless war factory pumping out every item.
Hal: The Hal's base to hit was not functioning properly as obviously seen in the below thread. Can't tell if it was an isolated case or not.

Steel Skin: Steel skin was hinted to possibly being broken, however, no one seemed to tested it. I would be alas I have no more EDs available :(. This isn't really a bug that needs to be fixed but people should test to make sure it still works properly.
Lastly, "AP" and "Chakram" need to be added to the dictionary.
