I personally don't see the problem, just ensure that he continues to pay, and if he doesn't fulfill his part of the bargain he gets banned.

As long as he intents to pay you back there is no issue with the sale.

I have an issue with people heavily in debt selling things for USD however there's nothing you can really do in your situation. Perhaps you could CM him and ask if he could amend the post to a CB$ only sale?

You bought my char and paid me nothing but xfer fees, my not playing anymore has nothing to do with your non-payment. Also, when you bought the cb2 from me I did not know it was you, you have changed your name quite a few times since then. You notice I have not asked for your ban, which is/was in my right to do so for non-payment. I am a reasonable guy, sell the char if you like, but please pay back what you agreed to pay.

The problem, like many of the other "problems" of this nature, was the lack of a time frame on the payment of the initial debt/sale.

In reality, there is no "default" as there was no time frame of which to pay.

But selling an asset on has not paid for yet should be forbidden.

I don't see what he has done wrong, no time limit was put on his repayments. That is Relic's fault. He hasn't sold Bleys, so what's the problem?

Time limit or not, the credit risk flag is appropriate for someone who fails to make payments on a regular basis.

Relic shouldn't have to wait forever for payment simply because of a technicality. If he was asking for a reset, I might argue that the lack of clarity in the pr makes it difficult to suggest, but the CR flag is just a friendly reminder to pay your bills.

As for your statement about doing nothing wrong, I really can't believe you actually think that.

No, nov, I'm fine with the credit risk, I'm just surprised by people mentioning a ban, that is absurd IMO.

Scoffing at debts has resulted in bans before... and it's typically been the behavior of the individual debtor more than the time line.

Not because I don't like a discussion, but because this discussion is of none of everyone elses concern but the Admins, Relic's and NON-Das'
