clan problem (in General)

i tried to join a clan and it said that i was to large. the owner however said there should of been plenty of room.

i then tried to create my own clan and had the following error

Database error: Database operation "dml" failed (exception ERROR, "ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "cp_party_id_u" ")

i know Tal had the same error, so i was wondering what to do to fix it

It was my clan that he tried to join. It states I have over 30M MPR available.

Now this is another example of things that are important to the players getting left on the back burner.

This problem has been ongoing for years now with no solution in sight.

i managed to get in with a smaller character, however it says my large char is a part of the clan, however it doesn't show up on the list only on my checkboxes.

it also won't allow me to leave it as the only remaining character or even uncheck it

i added this to the "known issue" wiki page. need to add the other reference from last week regarding the same issue with an econ clan though.

The max PR you can accept is 3,764,186.

Even after LR's 2 lower MPR characters are in the clan.

I hope this 3+ year problem can be fixed soon.

I can remove him from the clan, however I'm not sure if that will do any good (didn't do any good to other players).

Is the same thing happening with shadeslayer in clan meow? The clan is set to open but yet it says application pending. Also seems to be happening more with purchased charactors.

no shadeslayer is just too big to fit DoS has to remove a big character to let him in
