Rules
You, a group of employees at Zed Inc., will progress through several different parts of the city in an attempt to escape the havoc that has broken out at the laboratory just hours ago. Each portion of the city contains different areas which you may search in exchange for using AP. Every day your AP recharges and you may continue on or search your current location further.
Every scenario will have the following elements:
Travel route to different scenarios
Searchable areas
Fortifiable sections
Mini-boss battles, should you be unlucky enough to come across the boss in your searches.
While searching an area, you may discover many different things:
Survivors! (A dead survivor will be revived.)
Weapons (new tiers of weapons)
Armors (new tiers of armor)
Supplies (money)
Ambushes (a mini-boss battle will initiate)
Random encounters (a survivor may become infected)
In addition, every day there is a base 50% chance that one survivor will become infected, which can go up or down depending on the route you take. An infected survivor will take three days to turn completely to a zombie.
When infected, a survivor can choose from a few actions:
Kill yourself. You will keep all money earned up to this point, plus 1/5 of the prize money that survivors earn by continuing onward. (See: Prizes)
Go off on your own. You will eventually turn, but will not attack your comrades in the process.
Stay and turn. You will turn into a zombie and attack your comrades in the process. When a player turns they will be treated as a mini-boss encounter, but with a 50% base chance of turning a survivor they defeat. They may only turn one survivor in this manner. If you manage to kill a survivor, you will earn 100k.
Survivors can choose from the following actions which take no AP:
If a room has been fortified, survivors can rest safe from attack. This will decrease the likelyhood of having a member infected by 25%.
Press onward. Earn double AP for one day, but there is a 90% chance of a survivor becoming infected, and survivors will have an increased chance of encountering a mini-boss.
Survivors may elect any leader or group of leaders they wish.
Boss battles:
There is an 80% chance that a survivor who fails to defeat a boss will turn into a zombie. For every survivor who does defeat the boss, this 80% is reduced by 5%.
In every scenario, any player controlled zombie can choose to hide in a searchable area. If encountered, they are treated as a mini-boss.
Equipment Tiers:
You may not equip items outside of your highest equipment tier. Everyone starts on Tier 1.

Your ultimate goal is to escape the city. There are several routes out of the city, but the status of these routes is unknown.
Prizes
For every day a survivor remains alive, they earn 100k.
If a survivor dies, but remains human, they continue to earn 1/5 of the money they would have earned until every survivor is dead, or the survivors escape.
If a survivor dies, and turns to a zombie, they keep what money they have earned already, and earn 10k every day as a zombie, as well as 100k per survivor that is killed by zombies.
