Introduction (in New players)

I was turned on to this game by my son, who obviously knows a good thing when he sees it.

So far the game reminds me of Role Playing Games I played in the early '80's. (1st edition D&D) (Yeah, I'm that old.)

I look forward to being demolished, thrashed, walloped and blended repeatedly.

Welcome to the Blender. I just lent you a "lesser familiar" to help get you started. Once you strap a bow on that physical fighter of yours (he'll switch automatically from ranged to melee), you'll be off to a great start.

I can't write his name without the spell check police saying it is misspelled..... I tried His Name and it still kicks it back..... Apparently I'll get "fined" if I say it out loud, and I don't want that!

The spellchecker doesn't work that way, actually... you can get fined if you pad extra words to cross the 0.15 threshold. For instance, if I wrote something in leet-speak and then wrote "word" twenty times (to cross the fifteen-percent limit), then I would get fined. Also, player names can be posted without ticking off the spellcheck.
