You might want to send a guild mail. Some of the players, like Ranger, rarely come into CB.

There's only about an hour left until the guild war starts, and several members haven't prepped yet. If you see this, and you haven't prepped, run over there and hit that button to help us out and earn yourself a wee bit of free XP!

Rip (Canibus) and Freekie (BabyCakes) are the two largest who have yet to prep. But I think it's 1:30am for Rip, so he probably won't be joining this fight.

Battle 5/7 with The Devasters is initiated. Prep up. And great job not losing a single one so far. It's wonderful to see how quickly we're flying past all of these other competitive guilds.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I am usually out on Saturdays so if you need me to prep for war on Saturdays, it would be good if you could start earlier. Probably 8AM EST latest? We have a good bunch of Lvl +100's so me dropping out shouldn't be too bad.

i think we may need to resurrect the second guild as a waiting area for the main guild as we have two waiting and no open slots. also, as far as i know, there are no others playing two accounts so we now have fifty active members in the main guild.

with that being said, we will need someone fairly active who can take lead of the second guild and be around to invite others and if we end up with a slot in the main guild we will invite the highest player over.

please let me know if you would like to lead the second guild and i will see about getting you invited to it and handed the lead. the bonus isn't as big in that guild of course but it is better than nothing for sure! ; )

I don't see how that's possible given how the shroom purchases work. If you don't have a credit card or debit card, you may just have to sell CBD for cash into a PayPal account to do this.

Dyno pointed out that it's easy to do this while someone is sitting for the account. :)

Also, SHROOM SALE NOW HAPPENING.

I just went to buy shrooms. I entered my credit card info and ended up getting a German screen saying that the transaction had an error. I doubled back and tried it again. Same thing. Then my phone rang. Bank of America was letting me know that there was suspicious activity on my credit card. Um, thanks. I guess it was BoA not letting me purchase my virtual items from Germany.

But my debit Mastercard worked without a problem. I'm now the annoyed owner of 500 shrooms.

Hmm. Considering I also just bought a computer from Canada, that may have caused the flag.

You know what sucks, the shroom sale started literally about an hour after I had bought $5 worth of shrooms. -_-

If I had known there was going to be a sale I wouldve waited and got the $10 pack >_<

Sorry I haven't recorded fights lately. I've got a much more full work schedule at my new job, plus thanksgiving activities/events have stolen a lot of my time. I'll try to catch what I can.

This will be hard. Three of our top five guys are warriors, which means we're at a disadvantage against scouts. We have enough cash (woo!) to go ahead and run it tomorrow, but I think we need a bit more time.

I've been wanting to try my hand in creating some gaming video's. So if you could let me know what program you use OB I could help out with recording the fights.

190-270 damage (230 avg)
Con +127
Raises my health from 756k to 830k
Gives me damage of 44,441-63,153 (median = 53,793)

Option 2:
117-343 damage (230 avg)
Str +227
Leaves my health at 756k
Gives me damage of 30,022-88,014 (median = 59,018)

The former would be my preference... GO HP!

The winner was option 3, another weapon that dropped in a tavern fight right after I made the post.



And it's time for a State of the Guild update. I would have put this in a guild mail, but some of you are hoarders when it comes to mail. Remember that your mailboxes do have limits, and we CANNOT send out any guild mails while your boxes are full. Delete 'em.

Worth noting: We kicked out a couple of duplicate characters and inserted some fresh blood. The 80+ range continues to gain players at a healthy rate, and we had zero players fail to log in today. Even after our loss today, we're ranked #44. We just keep getting stronger. :D

I wonder, who here have prepped as a result of guild mail?
To this date it've never happened that Ive done that, I check guild, then I see we're about to fight, then I head over to mail to delete the msg. Anyone else? :O

even if it never helps with prepping, that is the easiest way we have to get in touch with the entire guild at once as some do no play cb any longer.

please keep your guild mail boxes cleared out for this reason if no other.

With pretty much daily fights, there's no longer the same sense of necessity with reminding people to prep. It was a bit more important when we were only running two per week. As such, I have no problem halting the standard reminders. But you'll still get them for upcoming guild dungeons. Those are just too important (read: expensive).

Regardless, keep the mailboxes empty.

GD on Saturday at EXP time. The first officer to arrive will initiate it.

Yup

a few have dropped out of the game but many more have stayed with it, we actually have a full guild of 50 active and one person in our other guild waiting to get over when we get the room.

corath, one of the highest levels in our guild at 129, is no longer able to play due to time constraints. his character is a scout. he would like someone who can be active to take over that character so if anyone is interested contact him over on s&f or me here. thanks!

depending on what happens with corath, we should end up with a slot. do you already have a character or would you like to play corath's blubben?

I'm not having a char of my own, but would rather not take a too large char since I woun't be able to keep up at the same pace.

Tal offered me to take his char so he could take corath's. What do you think of that?

that is fine with me, either one would be good and it is not irreversible. if you decide at some point you would like to make your own we would just need to kick one out to make room for the other.

the rules of the game are that you can only play two accounts on a temporary basis, so if you do decide to make another it would be best to quit logging into all but one.

if you do take on another players character, just please state your cb user name in the character description so we can keep track of who is playing who! ; )

Did you guys ever finalize a decision about Corath's character?

I did not get a chance to see last week's guild dungeon fight. However, I heard that we finished with ease, leaving two guys still on the bench. And that was against a scout, which put us as a slight disadvantage.

Next up is:

I doubt we're ready to rumble with this guy, but we might be as early as Monday. I find it rather difficult to judge these dungeon bosses.

We're already ranked #38 in our server. That's awesome work, guys. We'll have to throw a virtual party when we break the top 20. Since Ranger isn't here to refuse, I nominate him to bring the virtual kegs. Lostling, you bring the virtual stripper.

Sorry to all about my lack of participation, between working 50 hours a week, trying to catch my BA, and running the Charity, I'm pretty much sold out on time. I promise to upload all the videos I've got as soon as I can, and I'll be back to active duty as soon as possible as well.
